Our team brings roughly two decades of enterprise commercial experience across organizations such as American Express, DHL, Wolters Kluwer, and Gartner. We combine that discipline with due diligence, compliant local execution through licensed Angolan partners, and a documented workforce pipeline.

Leadership
Tom Kayo leads Palanca Bridge as Managing Partner, bringing roughly two decades of enterprise commercial experience to the firm’s work in Angola. His background spans large multinational organizations and the discipline of building durable, compliant cross-border relationships.
He works directly with investors, DFIs, and U.S. Government partners to translate Angola’s opportunity into structured, defensible engagements — and to keep U.S. governance standards present at every stage of execution.
Michel C. Amaro leads Palanca Bridge Europe as Managing Partner, bringing more than two decades of senior international strategy and defense-diplomacy experience to the firm’s work across Europe, Africa, and the United States. His background spans high-level roles within the French Navy, and as a French Military attaché and the discipline of managing complex, cross-border cooperation in sensitive environments.
He works directly with governments, investors, and multinational partners to structure defensible, multi-jurisdiction engagements and to ensure that institutional standards, compliance discipline, and operational clarity remain present throughout execution.
